yamaha 340 not starting

i got a 340 enticer just put new rings in it it got 115 lbs of compression and good blue spark but it wont run what could be the problem there are 2 white wires coming from behind flywheel and they have to match up to a brown and a blue wire i have tried switching them no difference thinking crank seals and no good what should the vacuum be on a engine like that

First Welcome & enjoy.
Are you sure you are getting fuel. When was the last carb cleaning. Try spraying some mix in the carb to see if it will eaven touch off.

Did you get everything back in the right spots? Don't forget the oil line! Pull and clean the carb! after having it off and a fresh rebuild it will take some pulls to get it to start! Spray some WD-40 into cyls and get a spray bottle (Windex,409 etc?) put some gas and oil in it and without the air box and wide open give it a spray and pull
it should fire give it a couple of sprays and she should come to life!
