hi, I'm pretty new to the forum. Small engine tech by trade. Not too familiar with snow machine. My friends
1997 vmax 600 smokes and uses oil excessively. is there any setting on the oil pump? thanks a bunch.

You can adjust the oiler cable one way or the other to adjust it.
