Coil Help

I know its not a snowmobile but you gus have always answered my questions before. I picked up a 1973 Yamaha DT80 for free! But it came with no coil. It seems to be almost impossible to find a coil for it so my question is.. Can I use a coil of a newer bike, sled or even a car? Thanks alot

Alot of it is the mounting. A coil is a coil unless it is intergrated.
