Every time I start my 2009 Vector, I use the choke until the temp light goes out and then shut the choke off to idle. Shortly after that the warning light and code 84 start appearing. I see that means The T.O.R.S is activated. I don't see the code while out riding, so do I need to be concerned?...and how do I fix it?
Thanks

Question 2016 yamaha venture mp

I have a 2016 Yamaha venture mp and it is displaying code 85 and I would like to clear/reset code but don't know how. Does anyone out there know how to. I contacted my Dealer and they said the instructions were in my manual. I had the oil changed at the dealer and they forgot to reset when they changed the oil.

Its an involved process to clear the code and your dealer should do this for you unless that is an inconvenience on your part do to distance, time, etc.

I dont believe the procedure is in the owners manual. If you still need info on clearing the code I can post it up.
