Just wondering about my 97 VMAX XTC

Got it out last Saturday on the hard packed Ice snow we have on the ground and at first it was sluggish and backfired, then I changed the plugs and seemed to run fine after that but ran it out in a bean field for about 20 minutes and when heading back to house noticed my Water warning light blinking on and off.

Could this be because of no snow lubrication in the tunnels and on the heat exchangers because basically we were running on ICE, really could tell I was running them sliders down like a Burger King Whopper goes down the hatch.

On the first note the plugs were blackish around and brown in the middle but seemed kind of wet, wondering if I am running a little rich.

It was like 10 degrees out Saturday was kind of hard to believe it could overheat.

Definitely need some occasional loose stuff to keep the sliders lubed & the heat exchangers covered.
