A friend of mine has a 2000 700sxr. It runs fine most of the time but when he lets off the throttle and it goes down to about 3000 rpm and he hits the gas again it bogs out and he has to wait till it drops down to around 1000rpm before he gets a response from it again. Sucks when going around corners and you just need to slow down a little bit. He has to almost stop after letting off the throttle. Any suggestions?????

Nevermind, fixed it. It was the TORS. I disconnected it and looped the circuit and it works great.
