hi everyone.took my 86 yamaha srv540 out today and it started good but bogged real bad like it was only on one cylider.i took the spark plug wire off closest to the coil coil and (wow)lol.lotsa spark there .so i pulled the other one and there is very little spark i could hold it and it was a very faint spark.any ideas on what would be wrong thank you.

That coil is bad.

i picked up a new coil today 40.00.hope this will work.i wont beable to try it for about a week though.thanks for the help and ill let you know if it worked.

the new coil fixed spark problem,but still ran real bad.I noticed air bubbles in fuel line ,so i took fuel pump apart and both diaphrams wee cracked,i put on a new fuel pump and its running good now. thank you smallenginerepairguy for your help..
