Viper Problems

I have a 2002 viper with 3500 miles on it. I have had no problems with if until a week ago. I was doing some clutch work and i was removing my primary and i was able to move mt crankshaft in and out about and 1/8th of an inch. i was pissed! so it is at the dealership right now getting fixed haven't heard what the problem is yet. that is the only thing though.
