i'm thinking on getting out to CA from michigan to san fran and ending in LA... i want to go skiing in the mammoth area and i figured maybe i'd surprise the GF and rent a couple of sleds in the mountains of mammoth for a day..... it has to be an easy drive (2ish hrs from LA)...

is that doable?

yaaa... i know.. that would be sweet!! but can't take that much time off!!LOL can i?....
