ok, my sister has a sea doo its just a little 500 or something, like 1 or 2 seater, but whenever she goes through a channel she gets weeds up in the impeller and cant move other than idle, does any 1 else have this problem? is there like a guard u can put over the intake hole?

I used a piece of wire mesh over the intake on an older ski I had. Only the weeds would still get sucked up to it and prevented the water from going in. But I would just shut the machine off and the weeds would fall away. It's a losing battle...

Maybe there's a cotton pony stuck in there. Just pull the string and you should be all set.
