I haven't been out either this year, or last for that matter. I got a letter from the DNR saying that they missed me, and want me to get a nother fishing license. Plus they sent me a bunch of coupons so I can get discounts at sporting good stores, and marinas

thats true...i can remember the same things happening to our family. when my brother and i were younger, before we got into HS we would go on camping trips durring my dads shut down. but once HS hit and football season, and extracariccular activities that seemed to die down quite a bit.

i went deep sea fishing three times in FL. we stayed at the condo in Coca Beach. pretty neat cuz we can see the space shuttle lauch. however, when we went, we only cought snappers, sea bass, and this one fish thats like a barracudda but has a differnet name.

huh? ill have to call my parents to see if they've recieved anything for me from the DNR. ive been getting fishinglicenses since i was knee high to a grasshopper - er since i was 14 or w/e the age is
