Replacing track in a bogie wheel Olympic.

My next door neighbor has a 1972 Olympic with a shredded track. I have a track that will fit it. The only time I have removed tracks from sleds I have been scrapping out dead chassis.

I'm looking for a suggestion as to which end of the sled I should start on, the drive or the trailing end?

Remove the rear skid frame or bogie assemblies first, starting from the rear. That'll leave just the drive sprocket/shaft left.
