old timer

here's 1 of my old timers. I'm tryin to sell it. I didn't want to run for me last winter. I think it was mad at me for buying a Polaris. It will run if you squirt gas into carb. Just needs alittle carb TLC and it will be a good runner. I bought it for ice fishin acouple of years ago. I redone the seat. the hood is cracked on one side. It was a very dependablr sled for me. I never got stranded. If anyone is interested, I'm asking $100 for it. Come and get it. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or email me at rlewis72@gmail.com

i'm not sure of the exact year, but I registered it as a '69 Skidoo Olympique. Atleast that's what my dasd said it was. He used to have one like it.

Yah the flames is what caught my eye when I was buying it. It makes the sled go1/2 MHP faster with the flames.

Well say good bye to the old timer. I just sold her. Got $85 for her. She was a good sled to me. My daughter is really gonna miss that sled. It's the first one that she ever rode on.

Maybe the new owner will do a restoration job on it!!

While I was in IR for vacation, I dragged my old '80 MotoSki out to the street & put a f/s sign on it. I wanted to get $100 for it, so I put $200 on the sign. Guy comes along & offers me $150.........everybody's happy, plus I got more room in the garage!

Yah the huy that bought it said that he restores old sleds. He has 7 like this one that he has already restored. He also said that he has an old Arctic Cat that he is in the middle of restoring. He said it was raced in the first I-500 sled race, and that was back in '69 I believe.

It does run, and it does look good. Just look at the flame job...lol. Seriously though, it ran like a top. I just sold it not to long ago
