That is a neat little sled for sure.
you should post a video of someone riding it so we can hear how it sounds!

Snowflake

That 10 horse motor is still being made .I cant think of the name right now for sure ,but I believe it is U.S.power.You can find parts on ebay by typing in West Bend 820. The engine ownership was sold several times. My 69 snow pony colt had the parent company couparral on it but was actually a west bend,I believe. My 69 sno pony express has a us marine power bee on the engine tag.I do remember, from literature that couparral company who also made the wolverine ,as well as sno pony, also made or licensed the snowflake to Feldman industries .It was made in Wisconsin. These model 820 engines are widely used on racing go carts and also can be converted to electronic ignition. The snowflake used either the 10 horse Chrysler, 12 horse couparral witch was actually a solo.Solo, wich was made in Germany, has a branch in Virginia beach Va.Starter pawls are the only part still available.3rd engine was a 340 ccw. Kat Kart Racing out of California can help with parts for the 10 horse.

Thanx a bunch, I ended up selling it to a friend that has a big collection. I had fun with it for a few years, and now I know it's in a safe place. I will pass along the info. Thanx again
