Need a Walbro Carb Model WDA32 serial number AM52339

I have a 1974 John Deere 400 with the 340 CCW piston ported.... When I got it, it was in rough shape. Had to take fly wheel off and clean points sand the magnets and put all back together. Now Im stuck with the carb. It has a bendix on it at the moment. Well parts for bendix no longer exist. I had a guy tell me to put a Walbro carb on it because it was the easiest swap. Problem is I cant find a good one. If anyone has any info on one let me know it would be really apprecieated.

IMHO, there is no such thing as a good Walbro carb. I'd put the $ and effort into converting it to a Mikuni if it was mine.

A tillotson would be a good swap, a mikuni slide carb would be better.
You will want a VM30 for that 340.
