thats a good fair price. especially with the new parts, shock and track especially. good power for an older sled, reliable, decent handling. i would say if you like it, buy it.
only problem i've had with riding those is i am too large for it. being 6'5" i noticed it was kind of short for me, it's a smaller sled overall. so if you're larger than the average person, you might want to take that into consideration, that the sled might be a bit undersized. not in power but in size

^^ X2

if you're over 6' it might be too small for standing.

as for all those new parts, at $300 for the whole sled.. i'd be wanting proof those parts really ARE new.. i.e. bills of sale/receipts.

because a brand new track costs more then what you'd be paying for the whole thing.

i paid over $400 for a brand new, just out of the box, camoplast challenger. parts dont come cheap when bought new.

Personally, I think they're homely-looking, but I've heard only good things about their rideability and dependability.
ANY complete, decent-running, good condition sled for $300. is short money. If I were on the market for a Phazer, I'd snag it in a second.
Hope this is some help to you.

fairly old thread but for whats its worth the old phazers are a guarantee for the most part. never heard anything bad except for the rider problems for the taller guys. my family has had a lot of phazers and most swear. ive got pics of my uncle on his new phazer with his retro suit its freakin hilarious but he took a 15 yr hiatous and thats what we get. but hey us kids got him ridin again even if were all grown up now

anything that runs and gets from point A to B without too many hickups is worth it in my book
