I have 1981 ski-doo citation and i was wondering how do i set the point gap with the fly wheel in the way?

You do it through the windows in the flywheel.

If I remember corectly you put the piston just after top dead center and set the them. A cigarette package or match book will be pretty close to what they need to be gapped at.
