1980 Yamaha Exciter 440
Well i recently acquired a new sled. 1980 Yamaha Exciter 440 fan cooled. Im pleasantly surprised with it so far but would love to give it a little extra kick. is there anything i can do to the old beast to mod it to make it faster and give it some kick off the line? Can i get a clutch kit or something for it? any mods you know would be greatly appreciated.

good luck on your findings. try the power reeds, or get a clutch kit.

studs might be a good idea, or a good paddle, it will hook up better for better acceleration, just so you wont be spinning the whole time.
