I just found a 1978 skidoo Everest 444 L/C Any info ???? does anyone know how many of these were made?

Pretty good sleds in their day, not sure on numbers made.

I have a 1979 444l/c that is really fun to ride.I got it last year from a neighbours shed and it only has 1600 miles on it. The only thing that I am haveing a problem with it seems to go through points, I have all the receipts from the last owner and it looks like he has replaced them twice and I think I have to replace them now as it quit on me late last winter. There don't seem to be alot around but you can still get parts from Royal Distributing for them.
