Put some penetrating oil into the cylinder and let it soak for a few days.

ummm... I'm from a small town that i dont think will have some. but can u name off some names of some good pentrating oil? and will that help get it unstuck... my uncle said its been stuck for years from sitting.

Pb blaster works good for bolts, otherwise i dont know

ok will check the local trucking companys and the parts places to see if they have anything. would wd40 do anything? lol if they dont next time i get to a bigger town i will check walmart or someplace

ok. will i have to take the head off or just leace it on and put some into the cylinder?

Leave the head on for now, just pull both plugs. have the piston at the top of the stroke if possible, then turn it till the other one is up.

ummm its a single JLO that is stuck at teh bottom of the stroke no movement at all possible. but i will try the oil and hopefully it makes a miracle happen

Does anyone have clues to help me.e the track on the ski doo seems to be stuck it has a little bit of movement back and forth but will not go around.

It won't unless the sled is the one moving it...

When you put the track in the air you should be able to move the secondary clutch by hand and spin the track. But this one seems to be stuck thinking maybe a stuck bearing or something.

Start bu looking underneath, there might be something caught in the track.
Next step would be to make sure that the brake is releasing, and then check inside the chain case.

ok thank you rj. i know break is releasing gotta check the track hopefully just azughtt on something. checked up at the parts stor and they did hacve pb blast said was really good stuff. i put some in the cyilnder and letting it sit

OK. I got the track spinning on the Ski doo i think it was just a little tite and rusty from sitting, the track spins now but its burning the belt so i think the track is still to hard for it to turn over. I got the pb blaster and put it into the cylinder on the ski daddler and i havent checked it yet i think im going to have to put more in and hopefully it comes outta it. idk waiting to figure out the track problem then once thats good ill put the hood on it and post a little video of it running.

hey guys it's been a while and i've made no progress other then getting mad at it and found the seat "what would be considered a seat at one time" she runs like a champ nice and strong but teh belt keeps burning and idk why. anyone has any suggestions. the ski daddler is a hopeless story i just decided it will be a parts sled... lol

Did you clean up the secondary first.
If that is binding, it can cause the belt to be burnt.

i've cleaned the secondary when i have the time i'll be cleaning the primary. it's just the track seems hard for it to spin.... =/ but i'm probbably funna work on it tommarrow.
