I didnt copy the diagram, I got it from this site: Vintage Arctic Cat. They dont have a wiring diagram for an electric start 71 Panther, but they have diagrams for other models with electric start, one of those might work, the same basic wiring layout. Hope this helps!

No, sorry don't have that manual. If it is sled you are planning on keeping you can typically get the manuals on CD for pretty cheap, they are handy to have around.
