Anyone know the oil to gas ratio on these sleds... Just bought it and really want to get it running...

hard to say without knowing the model but from what I can find most Yamaha motors that don't have autolube used 20:1.

also their is gas coming a small hole on the side of the carb... basically just a pin hole you can kinda see a black gasket type material?

With the modern blends, you can mix at 40:1.
The original mix ratio was 20:1 with the oils of the day.
