NOPE i had an 80 SRX those things ROCKED i loaned mine to my flyweight friend, it was all picked up for the ice, he brought it to baraga for the ice drags, during practice he was spinning all the way down the track and still breaking 100 MPH, they wouldnt let him race it after three practice runs because it was tearing up the track. (thats the story i got anyways)

my old 86 phazer (it had studs...maybe ten on the whole track lol.) would top out around 107. i was keeping up with my dads buddys 96 rotax 670 with 144 studs he was doing about 110
i dont care what anyone says, old phazers are fast, and great suspension for back in the day

Ok this is a sad story lol, One lonely winter day 2 years ago I had my 77 jag 340 up too 70mph it was on a flat gravel road with a couple of inches of snow that was mildly packed, this sled blew up shortly afterwards, it was basically all stock as far as i remember, 130psi on pto side and 128 on other cylinder, shorty afterwards it blew up on a the lake :'(
