Great sled! Rode it for 4 years with not one problem! It has 6800 miles on it and still is strong..compression check out great and has never had a rebuild on it... if you are an aggressive rider than might want a new track...otherwise this sled is great and CHEAP ... first $1800 takes it!

haha yea...sorry...if i went lower than 1800 i think i would be crazy..this same sled is going for close to $2400 in the want ad...i am actually suprised no one has but it i have advertised it for the past month and not one bite....i though i was doin someone a favor haha

there is a lot of miles on it and it hasnt been rebuilt, add the cost of a track and then i'll end up paying like $3,000 for the sled and the repairs... I dont think its too low... but whatever...

hmmm well a track for this sled...i have priced it..is $209...and and IF you did want to do a top end which you dont, it is probably another $150 for pistons and rings.. i am able to do all this work myself so i wouldnt have to pay a dealer to do it so i would only pay for parts..so your lookin at $2200... and it doesnt need the top end right now...and the track i personally would replace until after this season... Either way it is a good deal...its up to you..i would never push you to buy it unless i knew you were comfortable with the purchase..sry its not gonna work out..hope you find a sled to your likings!

Hey! aswome looking sled! If i didn't just pick up a 99 mxz i'd come down there and take it off your hands! That isn't a stock windshield is it? My 99 came with a tall ugly piece of crap and i want to switch it with a low profile windshield to make it look a little better.

yea it is the stock winshield...yours might be aftermarket..some people switch them to the taller one to keep the wind off of them for a warmer ride...

I'm suprised you're having difficulty selling that sled for 1800. That's a good price i think! Willing to sell the windshield? Just kidding. I'll probably go down to my dealer and see how much he wants for a windshield! hopefully it's not too much

That's an aftermarket windshield made by Cobra. They are a great item. Got one on my Z.

The one on my sled is aftermarket or the one he has? i thought it came with the sled but my cousin must have put it on while he owned if thats the case... interesting so does this mean i can sell it for 1850 instead of 1800? haha every dollar counts

I think yours is probably stock. Mine's made by cobra so they must have put it onafter they bought it! Sorry looks like you're back down to 1800! Who would put such an ugly winshield on such a sexy sled? It should be a crime! not to mention it'll cost me another 80$
