missing boogy wheel?

well i notice on my 99 indy 500 that im missing one of the wheels

Here is a pic from another track illustrating what im missing....

the one circled with Yellow.


can this easily be replaced? is it bad to ride the sled missing one?

Some rear skids only have three rear idlers. Is it obvious that there was an idler there?

You can ride for a while without an inside rear idler but it's there for a reason. You may have tracking (track alignment) problems as the track deflects more on one side than the other as it rolls over these idlers.
