Weak Spark, Weak Pick up Coil?

Hello, i have replaced my coil and got my cdi boxed checked. all good. When i put the new coil in tried old plugs didn't fire, then put in new plugs stared first pull but boggie backfiring, so let it ran for 20 seconds then shut off. Few gours later i tried and didn't fire at all. Little or no spark was there by times. My friend says he is sure it is my pick-up coil is gettin weak and tha causes it weak sauce. I didn't check for wires loose or grounded, that might be a factor too. Please give me your ideas.

This is classifieds but yeah sounds like a bad pick-up coil. And check for loose wires and grounds!
