B.R.O okay RJ.....LOL. this sled runs excellent. its has a modified clutch and adjustable fox shocks. the speedo broke and then it started squealing. I was told its a drive or driven shaft bearing. 300 dollar fix. the bearing is 30. i hope it doesnt sell.

ive seen people buying hoods for 300 and engines for 500. this is a whole beautiful sled. my truck was stolen. so i need to buy a vehicle.

That's a DIY fix, about $25.00 total.
That also includes the 6 pack of beer for while the work is in progress.

You got some miles on your baby! I only have about 2900 on my 95! Is yours the ETT suspension? Do you still get across country runs?

The ZRT 800 is the leader on and off the track

Stand at the finish line and you'll see one, and only one, snowmobile finishing first. The Arctic Cat ZRT 800 is the fastest in a family of ZR Champions and the 1997 ZRT is the cutting edge of industry speed, power and performance. And if you're not riding one, you're most likely to see it passing you.

The ZRT 800 is a liquid-cooled, three-cylinder, triple-carbed 794cc powerhouse with a case-reed inducted motor, and seven port Nicasil cylinders. That may seem like a lot of muscle, but when you know that the 800 can do 0-60 mph in 3.52 seconds, faster than any other sled in its class, than you're aware that this is raw power at the throttle. Watch your friends be amazed as they eat your snow dust.

And then show them the suspension. The ZRT 800 has Arctic Cat's exclusive AWS IV double wishbone front suspension with Fox internal floating piston gas shocks. And in the rear, the new FasTrack Long Travel Suspension System will take you for the performance ride of your life. The FasTrack system offers 13.5-inches of travel, the most you'll find in the industry today, for improved comfort, stability and performance.

The ZR-race winning technology doesn't stop there. Arctco's new drive clutch will see the 800 through all types of uses and conditions. And Arctic's exclusive torque sensing link maintains constant track tension through the suspension's full travel for better handling and control. The 800 also features ZR 440-proven plastic skis for less unsprung weight, Wilwood hydraulic disc brakes, extruded aluminum spindles, and a stamped rail mean technology and comfort at its best.

The competition has nightmares about seeing the ZRT 800 from Arctic Cat on the track, so try it and make all your snowmobiling dreams come true.

Sounds like that came right off the poster!
I'll ask around I used to have a 97 several years ago, I still have my 95 (though not stock) Maybe I'll buy yours too and have one for snow and one for strip!

I believe the Whoop Ass kit is just a clutch kit! There are aloth of High Perf you can do to this thing!! I know of a 99 that is well over 350HP! And another on Nos that is above that! But even in stock trim it's 168 HP! The onlything out there today with any more is the new Z1 Turbo at 177. And a set of pipes, reeds and carbs would put you above that!

i don't know. i bought it hmmm a year ago. the guys said the suspension was all rebuilt. the tract looked fine to me. a couple studs pulled out. im new to these machines. these guys were great to help me out and answer questions for me. i cant sell it for any less then 800. i dont want to sell it but i need a truck for work. i was 450 pounds last year and when i raced my brother on the ice i didnt have to give it full throttle and i kept it ahead of him until i hit about a hundred and got scared and backed off.
its has a racing cluth the guy said and fox racing shocks. my sled did 50-60 mph at 1/4 throttle
