Has 135 pounds of compression on both sides, never taken apart or molested in any way.Sold WITHOUT stator, flywheel, recoil and throttle body. Will work on 1998 and 1999 and is easily converted to carbs by using your carb mounting boots and installing the screw-in pulse line fitting from your engine.
