XLV540

I bought this on a whim, thinking I would fix it up and ride the kids around on it. After finding out the carb is junk, and it won't spark, my ambition quickly waned. Not knowing if the issue is a stator, CDI or coil, don't want to dump money into it. I will keep searching for a runner sled that is in need of less work.

The good: engine has about 120 psi on both cylinders, hood, windshield and seat are in good condition not broken or repaired color is brown two tone. Clutch appears good as well. All the other bits I imagine are useful like the drive, controls etc.

the bad: skis are not the best, rear suspension has corrosion as it has sat for about 4 years, covered but outside. The track would be fine for my intended use, but shows it's age. rear tail light is broken.

Before it goes to the crusher, make me an offer on what you may be interested in. I don't have any pictures to send yet but will by the weekend.

The sled is in NE Ohio.
