a buddy of mine is in the process of getting hooked on sleds and is looking for his first one.
budget 1000-2000
reverse is a must unless the deal is fantastic
size not too important, he will probably put 300-500 miles on it mostly fields around here and hopefully a trip to canada in feb.

we are in lancaster and would like to limit travel to about 3-4hrs each way.

reliability is more important than outright performance. i don't want to get him into this and have his sled take a crap.

i've been checking craigs in pa and nj and some of ny but all that seems to be on there is new sleds for lots of money or old old old sleds that wouldn't be worth their weight in scrap.
