when we were at his cabin, it was the one sitting in the garage.

I bought a 1989 Bayliner Capri about 12 years ago. Used it for 2 years and sold it for the same amount I paid. Actually didnt have any trouble with it at all. Yes SeaRay and 4winns is a better brand.

Mine was an 85 2150 Capri Cuddy with 3.0L OMC 130HP. Bought at a repo auction in mid-winter, so I got a great price on it. Kept it for a few years & barely got what I paid for it. Have since owned SeaRay (245 SunDancer) & downsized to a 19' 4-Winns.....BIG diff in quality!!

i just bought a 89 four winns 150 freedom with a 70 horse evinrude which runs like new from a dealer around here for 2600, i paid the high end of the blue book but its a solid boat, just needs a bit of upholstery work, and a buffing on the outside, they wanted 3300 i offered 2100 and the salesman looked pretty pissed off at my lowball, settled at 2600. told him to take the 2600 or im walking out the door with my pocket full of bills.

as for a recomendation, id say the sled runs good. when we were on the MI ride, i didnt see much wrong with it...plus it was faster than lockys

the pic shows it dity, however, im sure with a nice bath it will be all shiny.

LOL PI yours even busted, is faster then lockys...

But sled runs great, rather fast, will lift the skis. cleaned up she is Nice Looking, and is located west of great america.
