I'm putting for sale my '04 Rev 440cc Race Chassis snow mobile.

Here's the scoop..

I purchased it this fall as my first snow mobile as my house mate got me into riding last season. He's a great rider and has an identical sled so I followed suite and bought one for myself. I had dreams of riding multiple times per week and getting better and better, but alas, work and school have overwhelmed me and I've only been able to take it out 5 times since snow fall. There is still PLENTY of season left this winter, I just don't foresee my load being lightened any more and owning this beautiful sled is very frustrating when I can't get out and ride it.

I come from a 4-Stroke world so my house mate and his father have helped me every step of the way as they have both worked professionally as snowmobile mechanics at a local shop here in the UP. I am nevertheless a meticulous owner and have always washed it down, cleaned it out, and put it inside a constantly-heated garage for a good nights rest after every ride. It's always had Dominator Race Oil in it and has had 93 Octane since the first minute LC heads were installed. I've learned my lesson about being cheap long ago and I certainly did not cut any corners owning this sled. I really didn't do anything exciting on it which is a big part of what led to it being in such great shape.

Here's the low down...
- Comes fully converted to white (extra set of yellow ones can be negotiated)
- Track is in perfect condition, no bent studs at all what-so-ever (see pictures)
- LC Trail Head Kit installed -- purchased brand new from a dealer this season (Will include High Comp domes/needles/jets)
- Recently went thru carbs and cleaned every last piece to perfection
- Perfect compression -- 145 each on high comp, 125 each on low comp heads. My buddies identical rev made identical numbers on the same tester
- RUNS GREAT! Starts FIRST PULL!
- Zero major or minor mechanical issues!
- Big gas tank (Smaller race tank included with sale)
- Zero dents on the exhaust
- Polished Tunnel
- CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Not a spot of oil in the engine bay, not a leaf, nothing!
- NEVER RACED!

I regret to say that I did not record the usage when I was last out. I will check that soon and update this thread.

I have removed the windshield but can include that in the sale. As I had said, I am also including the race gas tank and the stock high compression heads/needles/jets. Even with the LC domes, though, it still rips and has put a confused look on a lot of peoples faces. This is probably one of the cleanest sleds in the area, maybe even on this website (

), and honestly needs nothing but a new owner.

PRICE:
I'm asking $3950.00 but am somewhat negotiable depending on how quickly the sale proceeds. I don't need the money for anything so don't bother low balling me. Reasonable offers only, please!

LOCATION:
I am located in Houghton, Mi 49931 (Michigan's Upper Peninsula) but am willing to deliver within 200 miles for the right price + cost of gas. I can provide videos of it running/more pictures/etc to the future owner before this happens, obviously!

- Less than 38 hours of use, 10 of which were from me.

The cluster reads 138km of use but I am not sure if this is accurate as I ran 10 (and only 10) gallons thru it myself this season. Either way I know the hours are correct.
