96 Ski-Doo Summitt 583

I traded in a 96 Ski-Doo Summitt 583 at our car dealership and its for sale. Its got a problem getting flooded and I have to replaced the plugs every so often. Tuneup? More? I'm selling it the way it is for $1000 so if you know something about sleds its a good deal for ya. Its located in Sioux Falls, SD. I'd fix it but I don't know much about them. Here's the following post I put on the engine forums:

We just traded in a 96 Ski-Doo 583 on a car at our dealership and we're having problems with it. Put in new plugs and runs great but sometimes you can ride just about all day and sometimes only 10 minutes. It will loose power and won't go. Once it does this and you shut it off, you almost have to replace the plugs to get it to start back up and then it runs fine for awhile again. When you put in the new plugs it runs great with all kinds of power, but when it looses power its almost like its flooded and no matter what it won't come back out of it till the plugs are replaced. Where should I start?? Any ideas?? Anything would be great.. Thanks
