i have a 1992 polaris indy 500 efi sp in good shape with new drive shaft bearings , new drive belt , new sky skins , new carbids , new snow flap , new winsheild bag , new shocks all the way aruond and a new cover starts in 1 pull runs great never had any problums i live in hartwick ny and i would like to get $1500 for it

Where is Hartwick? Any big cities nearby to help us get a bearing?

i am selling my sled for less than i have in it.

as for what citys are around hartwick ummmm albany is about an hour away and utica is about 45 min away maybe a lil more look it up on mapquiest.com

Unfortunately, you have to go by what other sleds of your year/kind are going for. I bought my 98 Mach Z 800 for $1900. Your sled would probably sell for around $800-$900.

Any time you put money into something - be it a car, sled, bike, etc... don't expect to be able to get back what you put in. The best you can expect is to get the going rate for that item in your area.

My brother had several thousand into a 196? Nova. Never got much more than what the car was worth without the built engine. That's just the way things go.
