I have one for ya. It's black. Only has 2000 miles on it. You can have it for $1800 and the rest of the sled will come with it. You can see it in my avatar.

Well - the price is a little hefty!

That's a good one. I'm new to snowmobiling - bout two sleds and a covered trailer last year from a friend that relocated to Texas. The VMAX shroud has a crack in it. I could glass and paint it, but I thought I'd see if I could get one in better shape. Anyone have experience repairing these hoods? The other sled is a Cat EXT600. Any tips on getting these ready for snow? They both have about 2500 miles.

Thanks.

Thumbs up Hood

This is the hood with the loovers. I'll take a picture this saturday of the damage. If you can give me some pointers, that would be great. I have spray equipment from 20 years ago when I did cars over. It's been a while, but I have all the equipment and could probably repair this one with a little coaching on glassing it (what materials to use), etc.

What do you spray these with? Base/clear?

Thanks for your offer.
