For Sale: Rubber Tracks

Hi there,

I worked for a Chinese company specializing in the manufature of rubber tracks for snowmobiles. As far as I know, the overseas rubber track market is dominated by some large foreign companies like Camoplast, and few Chinese companies have engaged in this field. It's a great challenge for us, but also a great opportunity.

I posted information of our company in some US forums, but often encountered unfriendly replies. "spam indeed. Even if China made tracks they wouldn't measure up to Camoplast..." They said. Actually, we have a track sample from Camoplast in our testing lab. Our engineers have confirmed that we can make tracks as good as that, and even better. It's our debut in US market, and it will take our customers a while to get rid of their prejudices.

I'm sure you are involved with "Made in China" products everyday in every aspects of your life. What do you think of them? They are cheap, but not low; in fact in various fields Chinese manufaturers have provided OEM and ODM service to international enterprises. For example, Taiwanese have grabbed quite a market share of the Notebook PC, but why are their prime factories located in mainland China? Because they can achieve same quality with less cost there. The material is universal, the technology is universal, the processing is universal__ can there be any quality difference? But in China the cost is low, whether in material, labor or tax. Chinese manufacturers don't have to sacrifice the quality for a price cut.

The advantages of Chinese products are lower prices and same sound quality. That's why we have great confidence in our overseas market development. We are not dumping; we are fighting in the fair and fierce international competition.
