Question How old do you have to be to ride in New Hampshire?

I'm 14 so I don't know if I need a license or anything. Where do I get it if I need one?

Yeah at 14 you will need one. If it's like Vermont, your club should hold courses for a license.

I signed up for a safety course the other day for a couple days after Thanksgiving. It's EIGHT hours long so I'm not looking forward to it. Are they really boring? What kind of things do they teach you with eight hours of time? The lady who my dad talked to when he called to sign me up seemed to not know very much but she said I couldn't cross the road. That's kind of a pain especially when I ride to school. Was she right?

You can ride your sled until 12 years old without the course. You can't cross roads or have any passengers. By 12 you need the course. The courseds are actually pretty cool. Where are you taking it?
