Several of us towing the sleds to the Tug Hill area tomorrow. Any recomendations on trails to ride? Want to run around 150 miles with low traffic and good trails......

Tug Hill Report

Unloaded the sleds around 6 after breakfast in Parish (Grist Mill). Went up via Happy Vally to Redfield and stopped at Ceder Pine, the trails were much better up there.
Headed south from Cider Pines down to classic sled races at Thompson Corners. TC's crew did a good job with the races and had the trails in good shape for the folks riding thier trails. The track they had set up was like a bull rink. Small fast and fun to watch.
After that we went down to Onida Lake for the Snowfest put on by Vanderbilt Snowmobile Club in Constantia. What a show those folks put on!!!! I will put this event on my calender next season....The event was out on the Onida Lake. They had set up track for sleds and a big track for cars. Don't know if they had Ice bikes as we had to move on.
Headed west out of Canstantia. The conection of C4 to C5 by Central Square is the biggest mess I have ever seen. This years maps show a trail on the east of I81 but it's not there. You have to Cross I81 in the middle of a major shopping ceter and intersection. This is not for the young or new rider.
All said it was a good day with good friends Nothing broke and nobody hurt. Clicked off 151 more miles the Cat. Pushes me over the 1000 this year.
