Was riding in dorset this past weekend, and we came across a huge dead moose. The wolves had gotten to it, only leaving the head and neck, everything else was right down to the bone. I dunno if a sledder hit it, but if they did I suppose they would have been wolve food as well

I seem to always hit trees... Last weekend I lost a mirror to a tree when the sled got thrown sideways. Then my Brother and I were screwing around. I climbed a huge ditch to find out there was another one on the other side, which didn't matter because I didn't get that far. My ski caught the tree and I slide through my windshield, over my hood, and landed on the ground. The sled was stuck so we pulled on the tree and let the sled roll down the hill. :-) No animals yet, nor children!

I hit a partridge a few weeks ago. He ran out in front of me and ducked as I came close and I caught his head under the ski. If I'd had a plastic bag I would have taken him. I see deer and moose all over the place up here.

I ran over a snow rabbit. I also clipped a racoon, but nothing comes close to the three trees i hit last year. My sled became a life-size pinball. Haha. I spent most of the summer fixing it up.

Well iv hit 2 deer and one coyote the deer where a bad crash I hit one and it riped the hood off of my skidoo and I flew off and got KO. the deer was ok tho. but the same night I put the hood back on and whent out riding again and hit another deer. I roled the sled and this time the deer was unlucky I hit the deer at like 65 and broke its back, so i pulled out my towstrap and draged it back to my house on the trails. we had some good back straps and tenderloins that night LOL

im gonna have to call bs on part of this story. first, are you sure its an xp? and second, a sled doesnt go from running like crap then all of a sudden, bam its broken in and runs awesome.

as for hitting an animal, iv been lucky so far and havent hit anything yet.

I ran down and over a coyote. I t just kept getting up trying to escape to the woods.
I almost ran down a twelve point buck, but he ran onto a plowed field and got away.

thats pretty funny! Well, were out not last weekend, but the weekend before and my voltage regulator went out..again. We were going through a feild that the trails ran through and light kept going dim, shutting off then getting bright again.. Well, it shut off just as we were getting into the wooded area and i could still see the outline of were the trail was, then i saw something stinding in the middle....biggest deer i have seen on the trails yet! I am glad it was a semi-bright night oterwise my sled and I would have been done for.
