Mudflap, I was there and I looked for your truck? I seen one chevy maroon and silver but it did not have a sled on it or a trailer? I guess something cane up. Anyways I had alot of fun. The wife got cold and had to go back to the truck for an hour. Then we went back out for a bit. We ended up at the grand river bar for a few units. That place was full of sleds. that was cool. My sled ran great but I think it is darting more than some? Do you have any sugestions. I believe my skis are the stock yamahas. Are skis with twin carbides better for less darting? I seen one sled that had skis that were like an inverted horse shoe upside down, wonder how they work? hopefully we can ride togeather some time.

I was up there too. I went to the grand river manor twice. The corner bar on rt 307 , and the clay street bar. I lloked for a 2up yamaha, but did'nt see any. What time did you pack up and head home? I did'nt end up parking @ lampson rd. My buddy found a nice trail that goes from his house in Jefferson, so I parked there. The darting, I'd seriously try riding w/o a passenger first. That may make a difference. I noticed the trail seemed unusually rutted up , so I would'nt do anything major until you get to ride on some better snow. Maybe we will hook up the next time you are out that way. I was with a group of 4 , you could'nt have missed the drifter. OLD SHITBOX. blue. We must have siply missed each other. How far south/ north did you go? How many miles? I'm glad you had fun man.

We left around 6:00 in the evening. I put about 60 miles on the sled. I think I seen the " blue special sled? " As far as the darting goes. My girlfriend was cold so I took her back to the truck for some heat. To be honest with you my sled steered better with 2 people on it. My shocks are set on medium compression. We will hook up some time. and ride..

We did'nt get on the trails till about 6:30.....I guess that would explain it. I agree, let's hook-up the next time. We rode until about 2 am, so clearly our schedules conflicted this weekend.
The ol' heap or "blue special sled " was'nt out till 8 or so. I guess there's more than one.
