My sister and brother in-law have a condo across the street from the big marina they keep there boat at, on US31.

That's it! He has a 53'- 3 bdrm floating condo (yacht) there. The condo is across the street. We spent the weekend of the 4th of July on the boat. It was great. He's an oral surgeon.

OOOHHHHH ok, Alkaline Harbor (Bay Harbor) is what your talkin about. I hope you didn't go swimmin on that stretch of shoreline. After they blasted the rock for the marina, alkaline started seaping out of the rock, and contaminated that stretch of shoreline.
Anyway, back to the topic.
the trails are still pretty good. Starting to get alittle bumpy. Hopefully they will get the groomer out before we get this freezing rain. |

We're getting some freezing rain, and snow right now. Temps are a mild 34F. Supposed to cool back down on Christmas, and snow. Trails should be in good shape providing that they groom tonight, or tommorrow. Idon't believe that this rain will knock down to much snow. It's not that warm.

We got snow, but I'm unsure of what the trails look like. I could here sleds over on the trail all day today. Sorry I can't give a better report than that.
I just looked at the Michigan Interactive website. Some say good, and some say bad. We may have to just sit and drink beer until it snows...  |

Went out on trail recon, and the trail suck donkey poop. There are a few bae spot especially on the hills and corners. They are bumpy as heck also. If they groom them, they may be alright, but whos knows with the Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club.

got about 6" of new snow. I was lookin at the news paper lastnight and come across this ad.
groomer driver wanted. Must have heavy equipment experience. Evenings only. Harbor Springs area. 30 to 40 hours per week, January through March. (231)242-0776
This explains why the trails are so crappy. I'm gonna go see what it's all about.
