Well....riding the bay around here is still great and its quite frozen yet! There are a few pressure cracks out there! One in Midland harbour, One heading out to Present Island, one heading past Beausolei Island heading further north towards the Breabouf Lighthouse and some on the way to Giants Tomb and the Pine Islands past the Tomb! These are the ones I,ve seen this weekend. The bay is flat and fast and should hold up this way for next weekend. Getting to the Bay may be tricky because the trails are shot though! This may be the last of the season here this week so if you can make it out, then go for it, but be safe and ride with friends, and keep your eyes open for the bumps!!
