Trails are in fair condition there are dirt spots on most of the corners. Good news is the temp is starting to drop now and there calling for snow in the middle of the week.

Hey, I just noticed this Trego snow condition thread. I'm down here in Shell Lake. I just had to chime in and say hi. I too am waiting for the white gold. I just put a new piston in my '94 ZR440 and had the carbs rebuilt but it runs pretty crappy. I know the carbs need to be adjusted and that's just a little too much for me to do. Do any of you know a good snowmobile mechanic that could sinc and tune my carbs without having to go spend the HUGE dollars at the dealership?

Nice to find more of you NW Wisc. cat riders!

Hey Dave, I don't know if you're stuck on Arctic Cat but when I was at Lakes and Trails picking up my ZR (which runs AWESOME now), he had a '91 Yamahopper Phazer that he just rebuilt the motor in. He said he was asking $900 for it. Sorry, but that's all I could find for ya.

We went for a ride on Saturday. I have to say that except for the railroad beds, which have rocks on top of the snow, the trail conditions were very good. I think it's going to take a long time to melt the base we have. My ZR ran great but unfortunately a coil wire broke on my Jag so I let my son take my ZR and finish the ride with my brothers and Dad, while I trailered the Jag back home. Bummer.
