WOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! It's finally snowing here, about an inch and a half so far, but it's supposed to drop about a foot by Sunday and then more on Tuesday. Will update later today.

Ok, here's the update. It quit snowing here around midnight, with a scant 6". Disappointing, but at least it's white outside, and it's supposed to stay below 20* til Friday, with 40% chances of snow on Tues and Thurs. Hopefully no one goes out and tears the base up before we get more snow! Cross your fingers!!!!

I'm headed up to Alex this morning for a couple days, so I'm gonna miss the predicted 3-5 additional inches forecast. JheLrey and Bro, you guys have a blast! Take pix! Blownsvt, I'll be back on Thursday and sleddin' on Friday, if ya wanna go.

Just don't beat the hell out of the trails....so those of us that don't have time to go quite yet can get a decent ride in, ok? Just kidding (sort of) - HAVE FUN!!!

Long distance update, I'm up in Alex and we got about 6-7 yesterday here. Total depth in the middle of my buddy's yard is about 11-12"!!

Yea... My bro's sled was acting up. I have no idea what is wrong with it. It will run great and then at some point it will kill. It acts like it ran out of gas. Made sure all of the lines were clean, put water treatment into the tank, etc. Same problem... so he did not get many miles on. My two sleds ran great until I went to put the one in the garage. The recoil rope broke. 4th one. I don't get it! Then my Jag is making clutch noises. It is a love/hate relationship with my sleds.

I'm gonna be riding in the Hanover area on Friday, that's where my sled lives, in my future son-in-law's lower garage. We'll probably head out about 9am, if anyone's interested, email me and we'll hook up.

Ya, def... I know my brother Brandon, GF Kristin, and I are planning on make a day trip the 26th. I may or may not be home earlier, idk. I am from the Maple Grove area. It would be fun to get a gang together. We can always park at my Folks out in the Country, and jump the trail at the end of my road.

Went on a 70 mile loop today thru SE Wright County, and except for the windy side of the ag fields there were at least 10 inches. The lakes are iffy, the tracks of other sleds who ventured across were slushy in areas. The E/W road ditches are great, with cornices and drifts in the 2 and 3 foot range.

I will be going out on most Fridays with my buddy, leaving from Hanover, if anyone wants to go shred with an F7 & a ZR600, send me an email and I'll give ya the particulars. We can go on Sat n' Sun, too, if that works better for ya.

I didn't mention that there's a public parking lot across from the house in Hangover for trailers, if ya wanna drag 'em over.
