NW Iliniois trails

Freeport, Il to wherever in Wisconsin is a good ride.
The Jane Adams trail (a old railroad bed turned into a bike trail) runs from Freeport to Madison, WI with trails branching off of it to towns through out the area.

Nice hotel in Freeport right off of US 20 and Highway 26

Amerihost Inn a Suites
1060 Riverside Drive
Freeport, Il
815-599-8510

Has a indoor pool and Hot Tub and a marked trail right to the Jane Adams trail.

Makes me wish I was back home...we're up in the Cities, but nothing in Western Wisconsin has been opened up yet. So, we're stuck staring at a ton of snow, snowmobiles on the trailer, but no where to ride.
