Planning a trip

Ok I posted this in general sled chat but maybe some people in this trail conditions article might give me different thoughts. Ok well we are planning a trip to go to marquette michigan and we already did plan it. We are hopfully taking a trip up there but we need to know if they have snow and if they are going to get snow by that date to ride on the trails. O yeah the date we are planning to go up there is wed. the 27 to the 31st. Thanks

We cancelled our trip to Paradise MI. as of yesterday. We were to leave on Dec. 27th. No snow and none in the near future. Bummer.

On John Dee's website he isn't calling for any significant snowfall for the next ten days, but he is calling for a lowering temperature trend. It doesn't take long for the UP to get a nice blanket of snow, so hopefully by the second week of January there is some decent snow. I think the whole hotel business is going to be losing some money this holiday season.

Just wondering, did they get any snow in the Marquette area over the past few days?
