Angry Lower Adirondack/NY/Salisbury

Trails were great Friday Night. Saterday was a whole nother story. There were sleds on top of sleds on the trails. It got really worm, and with all the traffic it turned to slush on top of ice. Started showing dirt/mud . How depressing is that. Now we need snow with only 6 or 8 weeks left to the season. May get a good snowstorm Mon. night into Tue. night. Keeping fingers X

We left from the house, just south of Mohawk, Friday night and snow was hit or miss be we managed 50 miles. Some open water here and there and a few bare spots but not a bad ride all in all, considering...... by Saturday at noon, almost all of the snow was gone. Some friends went over toward Polly Rd and up toward Piseco, said it wasn't bad as of early Saturday afternoon when they headed home, but they could tell it wasn't gonna last by then. Here's hoping you are right and that storm hits us tomorrow, but honestly, it doesn't look good.
