USA / New York / New Hartford

I was wondering if any of you ride near Oneida County, NY? I haven't gotten a chance to get out on the trails yet because my neighbor who is a farmer hasn't opened the gate to the trail yet.

With the cold weather and regular snowfall things are looking good- trails here in Lakeport open on the 21st. A lot of people have been jumping the gun- and since the clubs haven't completed getting the trails ready the trails can be dangerous.
Our club (South Shore Trailblazers) completed a bridge this afternoon- pic below- and more than one sled got stuck in the ditch before the bridge was put in place. The ground is wet beneath the snow, and all they are doing is messing up yards and private property. Hopefully we will get some colder weather and some more snow soon!

Some of the ditches that I am used to just crossing over are not packed in with snow yet, and it's driving me nuts cause I can't go where I want to.

Not sure if this is helpful to anyone around here, but this is a GPS image of my most common route - to the Lanterns.
