haha, i know...plus its fun teasing you guys with these posts every week.

JK - snow varies...the higher you go the more snow there is. for example, at the trucks we were riding on snirt (3,000'). but once we got above the tree line (6,000') there was prolly about 7' in the meadows. on the hillside its hard to tell.

because this is an el nino winter, the snow is way down. usually there is about 20' of snow on the ground by this time.

but no, i havent jumped off the top of those cornices. the other side is pretty steep, so it's not like you have a platform or flat area to start then goose it to jump them. other areas, yes, but its better when the snow is fluffier so you have a soft landing.

alaska_rider - yeah, i heard about all the snow falling...now I'm jealous!

this weekend i'm headed to mt. baker and hopefully we'll have blue bird skies. it will make for great photo ops especially because i'll be riding at 10,000'

Alright i now hate the both of you. There is nothing but snirt or just plain old mud here.. And its raining...
Wonderful looking scenery someday in the future ill have to take you up on that offer.. My buddy goes out there yearly. So im hoping in 2011 to get some of that. But not on my 121.. dont think a 1 1/4 paddle would get me to far with my throttle happy thumb..
Hmph time to get mad that winter started a month late here and ended a month early.. Oh well time to get the bikes ready to go.. Way cheaper on gas..... HAHA
