12 Foot wide ditch + Snowmobile =OUCH

I drove my sled yesterday back from getting new sliders put on. Through the fields i hit a ditch 12'+ wide and about 8'deep.

I was doing about 80km/h and once i saw it was to late all i could do is hit the gas a little more which i did hoping it will clear it.

As you can see in pics i almost made it but "Almost" dont count.

I was all alone, dont remember much after i hit the bank with the back end of the sled.

I drove it home about 10mins away dunno how i made it.

Was in hospital for 8 hrs yesterday:
Couldn't sit
Barely walk
right arm sore
right leg sore,
jaw all marked up bleeding.

Sled damage:
-Broke my helmet shield
-Cracked helmet near my jaw
-Broken windshield
-Broken Primer
-Handle bars bent right down to the gas tank

I aint even worried about the sled, its the last thing i want fixed.

All Xray results came back with NO broken bones which i dunno how i figured for sure something in my back was broke.

Something i NEVER want to encounter again.

Ohh dang man, in any field be sure to check it out before ripping across it. You didn't bend the front shocks or trail arms or anything to hitting it head on like that? At least all is well

I'm willing to bet that he tweaked the whole front end at 60mph.
